Norweigan Customer Service Representative - Search Engine 

Our client's project is the creator of the most popular internet search engine in the world. They create solutions for business and private clients. One of them is AI Device for voice and remote home service.
Support for this AI Device is a step into the future to make every home smarter and easier to use. We are looking for Technical specialists who are  French-speaking for the team in Lisbon, Portugal.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information

  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)

  • Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented

  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and have a good knowledge of the English language

  • Patience, empathy, and an ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information

  • Ability to positively communicate difficult messages

  • Previous experience in Technical support will be considered an advantage

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

  • Investigative skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
