
Native French Customer Service Representative - Tourism
Our client's project is a French multinational hospitality company that owns, manages, and franchises hotels, resorts, and vacation properties. It is the largest hospitality company in Europe and the sixth-largest hospitality company worldwide.
The project employs approximately 230000 employees and operates in 5,300 locations in over 110 countries. It also owns companies specializing in digital hospitality and event organization, such as onefinestay, D-Edge, ResDiary, John Paul, Potel & Chabot, and Wojo.
Requirements:

Language: native French + C1/C2 English.

An academic bachelor’s degree level.

1 year of experience in customer service or related.
Benefits:

Work regime: hybrid, two times a week on-site. Training will be on site. The site is in Oriente, Lisbon.

Schedule: Mon – Fri, shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.

The daily tasks would involve:

Being responsible for the administrative support to the financial area, ensuring that the policies, procedures, and activities instituted are executed on time, correctly, and in an effective manner.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.

Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.

Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet the defined specifications.
