
Danish Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist
The main purpose of the role is to act as an expert in Ads campaign optimization. As part of a larger international team, the Marketing Optimization Specialist will work in close contact with Account Leads to find ways to improve the results of Premium clients. It is a very technical role where market knowledge and the ability to collect, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data are of very high importance.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information

Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)

Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented

Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Requirements:

Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;

Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of

a larger team-oriented environment;

Technologically savvy;

The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy
