Danish Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist 

The main purpose of the role is to act as an expert in Ads campaign optimization. As part of a larger international team, the Marketing Optimization Specialist will work in close contact with Account Leads to find ways to improve the results of Premium clients. It is a very technical role where market knowledge and the ability to collect, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data are of very high importance.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information

  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)

  • Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented

  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;

  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of

  • a larger team-oriented environment;

  • Technologically savvy;

  • The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy

  • information.

  • Knowledge of Excel tool:

  • Knowledge of DM tools
